Michelle joined RCTS in 2002 as a lab assistant and has steadily advanced to her current position as manager of clinical operations, a position she has held since 2012. She also serves as the clinical research coordinator on the majority of RCTS’ clinical trials. Michelle oversees virtually all operational aspects of RCTS’ clinical trials. Because of Michelle’s career path from entry level lab assistant to clinical trials management, she has become highly experienced and knowledgeable in all operational and regulatory aspects of clinical trials for cosmetics, drugs and devices. As clinical research coordinator, she is responsible for day-to-day management of clinical trials and serving as the point of contact between RCTS and sponsors regarding status of studies that are in progress.
Michelle received her bachelor’s degree in business administration management with a minor in economics from Southern Methodist University in 2006. She is certified by NIH in Protection of Human Subjects and by CITI in Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
